On August 27 (Wed), the Asia Office was once again invited to showcase its initiatives at the “2025 International Education & Career Fair,” hosted by the Faculty of Humanities at Kasetsart University. This marked the second time the Asia Office had been invited to participate in the event. A total of 264 attendees joined, including not only students from the Faculty of Humanities but also students and staff from other faculties.

The Asia Office’s booth drew strong interest throughout the day, particularly from students with Japanese language skills. In addition to students majoring in Japanese, there were also many students from other faculties—who study Japanese independently and maintain a strong interest in Japan—visiting the booth. Questionnaire results revealed that 84.8% of participants expressed interest in pursuing careers in Yokohama. This high interest among talented students in pursuing careers in Yokohama can be seen as a positive trend. As in the previous year, we also continued our promotional activities for GREEN×EXPO 2027.

The results of this survey provided valuable data that will help us better understand participants and their areas of interest, which will serve as a useful reference for planning the Asia Office’s future activities.
